HOW WE STARTED
 

In the changing Socio-Economic scenario of the society and to cater the need of quality education in this backward area, the Village Panchayat of Chak Alla Baksh decided to start a school on the modern lines of education. As a result, Sri Guru Gobind Singh Educational Trust (Regd.) Chak Alla Baksh, Mukerian, Distt. Hoshiarpur (Punjab) India, came into existence in 1992.

The Trust decided to start an English Medium, Co-educational Public School to produce good scholars with dynamic personality and balanced mind having sense of purpose, self-confidence & scientific look, who can become good citizens & can face challenges of 21st century.

 

The foundation stone of this progressive institution was laid by a world renowned educationist & scientist Dr. Khem Singh Gill, Former Vice-Chancellor, Punjab Agriculture University, Ludhiana on 5th December, 1992.

 

The school has already carved its own niche among the schools in and around city of Mukerian by adopting latest technological aids and activity oriented methodology to make learning comprehensive and easier. The school is spread over lush green campus of  thoughtfully planned, air conditioned structure classrooms, play areas and variety of premium facilities. Individual attention is given to the pupils with the aim of bringing out confident inspired individuals trained for leadership and for shouldering higher responsibilities in life. Besides providing quality education, the school has been endeavoring to make its students aware of various things and places that play significant/dominant part in our life.

ESTABLISHMENT
 

Dasmesh Public School, Mukerian. It is an English Medium co-educational school which was established in December, 1992 in the sacred memory of the revered 10th Guru, 'DASMESH PITA' Sri Guru Gobind Singh Ji, who sacrificed his entire family for the cause of justice and upliftment of the poor and downtrodden.
